Deeper and deeper relaxed all the way from the knees down now. And just slowly enjoying that Process of letting it flow over more and more of your body as your thighs relax and it flows on up, relaxing your ass, coming up to your waist.
So from your waist to your toes. The relaxation flows. End up as it grows, relaxing your belly and your lower back. And you find it growing stronger and stronger Or as I'm talking longer and it relaxes your upper back now and all those muscles in your Chest, relaxing, becoming limp and loose. And you can feel that relaxation flow into your shoulders and down your arms, flowing all the way to your fingertips now.
So from your shoulders down to your toes, the relaxation and grows, and it flows back up to your neck, creeping in, relaxing, Letting go. Letting all those muscles in your neck go and relax, limp and loose. And then you're letting it flow to your jaw. And your jaw might hang open a little bit, and that's alright. Letting all those muscles in the back of your head relax, feeling it flow, and let your cheeks Relax in your scalp, all the little bustles around your eyes and your eyelids.
If you haven't already, you can let them close now. Sink deeper into relaxation as it flows over your forehead. And as it reaches the top of your head, You drop even deeper as that relaxation flows from the top of your head to the tips of your toes as it grow. And you relax deeper and deeper, flowing into that relaxation, enjoying it, letting it deepen the experience Variance of whatever you might have planned next.
