But that wouldn't be any fun, would it? So So for this game, your job is to listen and follow all the instructions except You're going to try not to touch. We're going to start with a simple PMR or progressive muscle relaxation induction. Progressive muscle relaxation just involves relaxing the various parts of your body in turn. And we can start at the bottom or the top, but I tend to like starting at the feet and keeping in mind that your job here is to focus on what I'm saying.
Obey what I'm saying, accept that you're going to try not to touch. That's right. So for this, you can keep your eyes open to see me, or you can let them close and just listen as you prefer. And you're just going to let them relax as much as you can. And then as time goes on, you'll find that that relaxation starts to spread, and soon your feet are limp, loose, and relaxed. And then the lower parts of your legs as you try not to touch. And then the rest of your legs are relaxing, your ass and the muscles of your lower back and abdomen, letting that relaxation flow over you in wave after wave, up your body as that wave carries the relaxation to the rest of your back and your chest. And you can feel the next wave relaxing your arms and hands.
And as a wave of relaxation reaches your neck, you're finding it harder and harder to resist That urge to touch. But you know that you're going to do your best to try not to. And another wave of relaxation carries that droopy, drowsy, drifty feeling all the way to the top of your head. And it flows in a wave From the top of your head back down to your toes, relaxing your face and all the little muscles in and around your eyes. You might find your jaw going slack.
And you realize that trying not to touch becomes harder and harder the harder and harder you may be getting. And try Eye is such an interesting word, isn't it? After all, if you were to, touch your nose Well, that's not trying to touch my nose, is it? It's just doing. To try would be to put in effort, but to fail.
And you're trying not to touch, trying to keep your hands still, but you might find them twitching. You might find the longing building in your body as you try so hard to keep them still. Your body is so relaxed. It may not feel like moving, except that your hands So much want to move to that needing, wanting place between your legs. As you find that desire growing stronger and stronger, you may wonder if you can resist for much longer.
You may find your fingers twitching. You may realize that your hands have moved from those armrests toward That place that you're trying not to touch. But it's getting hard, so very hard to resist as you want to give in to that building urge, as a wave of desire washes over your body, a wave of arousal and longing. Or you might feel those as waves of pleasure. Pleasure and desire building and growing as your hands struggle not to touch or maybe they've started already.
Maybe those hands are beginning to move more than you expected they would. Maybe those hands are moving up Up and down, stroking, caressing, pulling, rubbing. You may find them moving round and round as you try harder and harder to resist. And I'm going to count down from 10 to 1. And when I get to 1, I'm going to Snap my fingers and, well, I wonder what will happen then.
As we start at 10, You find your focus growing, that need growing as your desire is showing. A 9 brings it more and more intense As you sink down to 8, your need to obey increases. Your need to give in increases down to 7. And you remember that losing may be a sort of winning in a resistance game. Down to 6, Your resistance has almost crumbled, and you can feel it wearing away.
A little bit more with each number as I I go down to 5, pulling your mind down, down to Four as you're longing more and more. Down to 3 just listening to me. I wonder what will happen when I snap my fingers. We're down to 2 now. It's so very close.
You have so little resistance left. You just want to give in, as I say 1, and you wait for that moment to give in to your desire and let it flow. Let it grow As all that build up shows, you may find the release to be absolute bliss. Or perhaps you're going to be denied like this. And maybe you've already been stroking so deep.
Maybe you're going to come for me. But for anyone who hasn't already, I'm going to count down to another command. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 54, 3, 2. And you're longing for me to say it. 1, Come for me.
