All you really have to do is sit back, listen along, and most importantly, relax. That word relax will be an important word as well. Every time you hear it, I want you to imagine a warm wave of soothing oils sinking into your mind and body, sort of like a wave of relaxation. I want you to imagine it now as you hear that word, relax. Imagining a heavy wave of silky, oily relaxation passing over you, sinking into your body, into every cell relaxing you further and leaving behind a sense of weight on your body.
Can you feel that weight when you hear the word relax? Now to help you relax even more we're going to do a simple relaxation exercise. 1st, I want you to close your eyes down, and you can keep them closed until I ask you to open them. And notice how easy it is to relax already. Simply closing your eyes down adds to that relaxation since it's so natural to relax and focus with your eyes closed.
Now we're going to have you focus very closely on your breathing, and with each easy breath that you take. I want you to imagine a heavy weight resting on your body. A comfortable, relaxing weight, as if each breath makes you feel heavier and more relaxed. Let's try that now. Take a deep breath in, holding it in your lungs, and exhale and feel yourself relax as that weight rests on your body and your mind like a warm heavy blanket.
Let's try that again. Take another deep breath in, filling your lungs with air, and exhale. Feeling the relaxation even deeper as that heavy weight rests on your body again, making you feel so much heavier, but also so much more relaxed. And to help you relax even more, I'm going to count from 10 down to the number 1. And with each number IReach.
I want you to imagine that heavy weight again as if with each number, you feel a physical weight resting on your body, and you feel it's relaxing more and more. We'll start with the number 10, and already you can feel that weight wash over you, resting on your body, feeling so heavy, so relaxing. You feel that weight each time you hear that number. Number 10, relaxing you more and more, heavier and heavier. You can feel that weight even more as you reach the number 9.
That number really weighs on you, feeling so much heavier as you feel so much more relaxed drifting down with each number. That warm, relaxing weight grows even stronger as you reach the number 8, feeling heavier and heavier. And you can imagine each number like a weight, a heavy weight tied to your mind and body, and with each number, you feel the pull from that weight more and more. Feel it pull even stronger as you hear the number 8 again, that's right, number 8. It feels so heavy, so warm, and relaxing as you drift a little deeper, as you drift a little easier into that relaxation.
I want you to really feel that relaxation wash over you as I reach the number 7, drifting slowly down with each number, heavier and heavier, warm and relaxed, moving further down into that relaxing heaviness as you reach the number 6. So heavy, the number pulls you further into that relaxing drift. Your mind's sort of floating in that relaxation, and that number weighs on you. So heavy with the number 6, so warm and relaxed, it's so easy to relax and drift with the relaxation. As the heaviness weighs on you with the number 5, it feels like a nice relaxing blanket wrapping itself around you so warm and peaceful as you drift deeper with the number 5.
Just drifting and floating in that relaxation, feeling the nice, peaceful weight that grows even heavier with the number 4. That number and its weight tied to your mind and pulling it further into that heavy place of relaxation where your mind can drift so easily and enjoying this wonderful feeling. And you drift even further down with the number 3. That's right. That number is so heavy on your mind.
It's warm relaxation washing over you each time you hear it. Number 3, so much deeper, so warm and relaxing. Number 3. Notice yourself flow even further down as you reach the number 2, feeling its weight as if that's the heaviest number yet. That number 2, so heavy, so heavy and relaxing as you drift deeper and deeper.
And on that next number, you can really let yourself sink and drift down into that relaxation, knowing that next number is very heavy, and when you hear it, your mind can let go and float down with that relaxation. Number 3, moving down so easily, feeling that weight. Number 2, drifting down as that weight pulls, and number 1. That's right, drifting and floating as that number weighs so heavily on your mind. Number 1.
Each time you hear it, another wave of relaxation and heaviness washing over you, pulling you down deeper as you float in this relaxation. Number 1, so heavy, so relaxed, drifting so easily as these words pass over you, and as I talk to you and help you relax more and more, you can think of my voice as part of that relaxation. And just listening along allows you to relax so much deeper, because it's very easy to relax as you listen to someone talk. Many of us have done this as children, just listening and allowing the words to sort of take you on a nice relaxing journey. You can let them take you deeper and deeper into that relaxation.
Feel yourself drift deeper now as if moving down a level. And just noticing yourself moving down that level, you feel the relaxation even deeper. You feel that heaviness on your mind pulling you so easily, guiding you down. It's very easy, relaxing, and you felt how easy to relax as you are counted down, guiding deeper into relaxation. When you can go so much deeper.
You can feel so much more relaxed. I'm going to count down again, this time from 5 down to the number 1. And you are going to feel the weight of each number as if they're much stronger this time around. And as if it's becoming easier and easier to relax. And this time, as you count, your mind will find it even easier as you become more relaxed, as you drift so much deeper.
I'll start with the number 5. Already you can feel that weight as if its weight becomes so much heavier. It pulls on your mind a warm, relaxing heaviness, as if it becomes easier to float down. You can feel that weight even more as you reach the number 4, heavier and heavier. That number so warm and soothing, as if it's extra relaxing.
Number 4. You can drift deeper down as you reach the number 3. So heavy. That number tied to your mind as you float down further and further, deeper and deeper, and you really feel that relaxation with the number 2, heavier and heavier. It feels so easy to relax with that number as if you drift away into the relaxation as you hear it, number 2.
But with that next number, you can drift down so much easier. Even my voice drifting off as you just float with that warm, heavy relaxation. Number 3, so warm and heavy as you drift down deeper and deeper. Number 2, that number pulling you as you drift down, and number 1. So heavy as you relax in drift, as you let that number take you, guide you further down, drifting and sinking so easily into the warm, inviting place.
Your mind just floating as these words even, drift off, knowing your subconscious mind can hear everything it needs to. All you have to do is relax, and let your mind flow with the relaxation as you let these words wash over you like waves of heaviness and comfort, like the tide. These words just pulling further and further down into that warm, relaxing feeling. In a moment, I'm going to count to 5, and on the number 5, you will open your eyes and be awake an alert. And when I say the words, close your eyes and relax deeper now, your eyes will close, and you will go even deeper into a trance than you were before.
1, 2, 3, 45, awake and alert, and close your eyes and relax deeper now. That's good. You're relaxing so deep for me. Imagine yourself in a castle. You're standing in front of a staircase.
There are 10 stairs down. You know that this castle is in your mind. This castle is your mind. In a moment, as you start down the staircase, you'll feel your mind opening up and becoming even more relaxed, accepting whatever I tell you is true. The room is large with a chandelier with hundreds of candles twinkling up there in the clear air.
The stairs are covered with a red carpet. The walls are wood, and the high ceiling of the stairs has a picture painted on it. As you look at the painting, you notice it's fuzzy and indistinct. You don't need to see it yet, so you can't see it yet. You're about to step onto the staircase.
Each stair makes you relax more and more. Focus on your feet as you step down the 1st stair. Feel your mind seeking deeper and deeper for me. Step down the 2nd stair, and feel yourself drifting away. Your sense of self dissolving into the castle.
Step down to the 3rd stair, and feel yourself giving up all the control. Step down to the 4th stair, and feel yourself slipping deeper and deeper. Step down to the 5th stair, and notice your body warming and tingling even more. The 5th stair has a landing on it. Pause on the landing, and look up at the painting.
It's clear now. It's a picture of you. Of course, it's you. The castle is your mind. You are the castle.
The only picture it could possibly be would be you. You're relaxed and feeling great. In the picture, you're naked, touching yourself, and you're looking at a computer screen. It might be porn, or you might be chatting, or even video chatting with someone. Whatever it is, it's obviously extremely arousing to you.
As you look at the picture and wonder what you're looking at, you feel extremely aroused. Your sex is swelling. It's tingling. You feel so good. The stairs are leading down to the sexual center of your own mind.
Look down at your toes. They're sinking pleasurably deep into the plush red carpet beneath you. Good. Now step down to the 6th stair. Feels so good, doesn't it?
To just relax deeper and deeper. Step to the 7th stair, feeling the carpet under your bare feet. As your toes touch down, you feel it all the way up to your X. It's getting so excited, even though you'll find it so easy to stay relaxed and warm. You know that you're going to receive pleasure.
You need to receive pleasure. Step down to the 8th stair. The pleasure travels up from your sex to your nipples. You feel them hardening in the warm air. Step to the 9th stair.
So relaxed, and warm, and tingly. And finally to the 10th stair. You are in a large room. In the center of the room, is a bed, and along the wall are various levers and devices. Can you see them?
Good. Every time I say the word good, you'll feel yourself relaxing so deeply, so much more deeply than you already were. Just let your mind drift, and float, and listen. Good. This room is the control center for your sex.
It's the place in your mind where all your desire, and need, an arousal, and sexual satisfaction is controlled. Soon, we'll look at the laws and find out what a few of the controls are, but for now, just let your mind relax and listen. In a moment, I'm going to count to 5. And on the number 5, you will open your eyes and be awake and alert. And when I say the words, close your eyes and go to the room.
Your eyes will close, and you will relax. You'll go even deeper into a trance than you were before, and you'll come right back to this room, the sexual center of your mind. Feeling so deep, so aroused, so relaxed. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Awake and alert, and close your eyes and go to the room.
Good. Think about the word hypno or hypnosis and the word trans. Being trans feels good. It gives you a joyful feeling. Hypno can make you feel aroused.
You like feeling aroused. You like hypno. Trans can make you lose control. You're listening to me right now because you want to lose control. You crave giving up control, don't you?
It's a wonderful joyous feeling to give up control, and you love feeling it. My hypnosis makes you lose control. You crave my hypnosis. You won't let anyone else tell you not to listen to me. You know that that's a decision that only you and you alone can make.
Even if someone else hypnotizes you, you won't let them tell you to stop listening to me, or cancel any of the things I tell you. You know that I'll gladly help you cancel anything you need to, and so you can just relax, and let my control fill you. Hypnosis is a magical thing that can change you at a fundamental level. You're listening to me right now because you want to change. You want to become someone you're not.
Someone you'd like to be very much. Someone you dream about being and would do anything at all to become one day. Lucky for you, today is the start of that journey or the continuation of that journey. You're already on the way to becoming someone you dream about. It's easy.
You just need to listen to me and follow my commands. I will help you become that someone. I want you to be the best you that you can be. And because you know you want to listen to me, because you want to be the best you that you can be, when you hear me say the words, go to the room, you'll find it so easy to slip into trance, to walk back to the castle experiencing such deep relaxation down the stairs to the room, relaxing much deeper than you ever have before, coming right back to the sex center of your mind, and laying on the bed, and then moaning, indicating that you want to listen. In a moment, I'm going to count to 5.
And on the number 5, you will open your eyes and be awake and alert. And when I say the words, close your eyes and go to the room, your eyes will close, and you will relax, and go even deeper into a trance than you are right now. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Awake and alert. And close your eyes and go to the room.
Good. Feel yourself begin to rise out of trance as I count upwards from 1 to 10. With each number, you'll feel yourself waking up, accepting the changes we made to you here. With each number, you'll feel more and more in control of yourself, but you'll know that the commands I give you will continue to work. What happened while on trans will get fuzzier and fuzzier.
You don't need to remember the words go to the room for them to work. To always be able to take you right back to this place. I'll pause at each number for it to fully sink in and be ready for the next number. Focus on letting the commands sink in. Focus on letting the memory slip away.
When you reach 10, you'll be fully awake and aware. 1, feeling the command sink deep into you. 2, rising higher and higher, feeling the command sink into you, becoming a part of you. 3, the memory of the tramps is getting fuzzier and fuzzier. For waking up more and more, knowing that if I tell you, go to the room, you'll instantly come back to this place.
5, feeling relaxed and happy, knowing that listening made you happy. 6, coming to yourself, your muscles waking up. 7, becoming aware of your surroundings gradually. The memories of trends so fuzzy you can't think of it anymore. 8, more and more awake, accepting all the changes.
9, feeling natural and alert. And finally, fully awake and alert, stretching with your body and fully here in the moment,
