Now place your arms by your sides if they aren't already, and your feet shoulder width apart. They're going to stay there until I say you can move them. Now imagine your left hand is incredibly heavy, Like lead sinking into the surface below you. Try as you might, you can't command it to move. You enjoy that feeling, though.
It's comforting to you, like a weighted blanket. The same thing with your right hand now, sinking deeper and deeper. And now both your feet, sinking, your control over your body slipping away. Warm, relaxing, and comforting. Keep breathing deeply, calm and relaxed.
Now in your mind's eye, picture a key and an envelope. That key signifies control of you. Picture that key going into the envelope. If at any point, this is too much for you, picture that envelope opening and you seeing the key. You don't need to use anything but your mind to open the envelope.
And the next time you see that key, it'll be as if you never listened to this audio at all. Now seal that away, and we can begin to take you deeper. Keep breathing deeply. In one, 2, three, four, 5, and out. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
Feel all of your stress melt away, Emptying your mind of any worries or concerns. Your arms and legs are beyond your control right now. The last bit of control you have to worry about is your mind. The last bit you have to give over to me is your mind. You want that.
