Now for those of you who are new here, I love fractionation. For people who don't know what fractionation is, fractionation is just, the idea of, putting you between 2 states. So for example, it's flopping flip flopping between, like, in You can do things like emotional fractionation. You could do, like, robot on, robot off. You could do, like, happy, sad, happy, sad.
A lot of, pick up artists and manipulators use emotional fractionation as, like, a tool. Obviously, I'm not, like, advocating for that because that's awful and Perfect. But I am saying fractionation is just basically flicking somebody between 2 different states. It's pretty easy. A lot of people seem to think it's this crazy weird, hyphen dangerous thing.
It's it's really not, but due to the nature of fractionation, making you potentially a little bit more suggestible, a little bit more easy, a little bit more sticky in the brain department. I will warn you that after this audio, depending on how fractionated you are, it might not be wise to operate heavy machinery or, you know, do anything that's gonna put yourself in a compromising position. Got it? Good. Okay.
Great. Now we have that out of the way. Like I said, this is a freestyle, so I'm just kind of I'm gonna ramble at you, and then hopefully something will happen. And so because of the nature of that, if something does happen, can you just, like, comment below or, like, put something in the Discord? Or Just just just tell me how it goes.
Alright? Promise me you'll you'll tell like, look, I don't normally and be like, please validate me, but please validate me. I haven't done one of these in a really long time. Right. So before we get into the actual hypnosis, I need to tell you a story.
And whether or not this story has anything to do with priming, I mean, maybe it does, maybe it doesn't. Maybe your brain already knows exactly why I'm telling you a story before we do any hypnosis. I don't know. I'll be curious to see a reaction, but once upon a time, a long, long time ago, I was a submissive. I know.
Don't laugh. I know. I know. It's hard to think back to those times and be like, wow. Really?
Really? Really? Wow. Okay. So for years, I was actually a submissive before I became a switch.
I officially decided I was officially switched back in 2017, 2018. And even then, it was only sometimes. It like all the time my focus was on switching. But during my submissive phase, and yes, it was a phase because it's fully worn off now. I had bought this clicker.
This this thing. This little clicker. So what it is is imagine it's like a round blue little circular thing with a little screen on the top and a little button Makes that kind of fun sound. And, it has little numbers on the screen, and it has 4 zeros at the moment because I've I've not clicked it. I've just undone it.
But I bought this specifically because one day I saw somebody using 1, and I thought that's cool. If I buy 1, someone will do that to me. And, yeah, it worked. So what they did was every time I went into trance, I had to click the button, to tell somebody that I got into trance. And then at the end of the session, we would look at the number, and we'd say, wow.
Aren't you just a little hypnosloot? And I and I would laugh to myself because yeah. Absolutely. So just calling myself out here in in this priming section well. So yeah.
So I bought this because of that. And then I had a really good friend who did this very cruel and mean and horrible thing to me. Well, basically, they said, well, but what if, what if the trance trigger wasn't the trance. It was the clicker. So every time you click the button, you go into trance, but only for a second, and then you come up.
And then that number shows you exactly how many times you've been fractionated very, very quickly today. And I was like, that's a great idea. And then they made it worse. And they said, and the problem is your brain is so suggestible you always wanna click it. And the second you feel compelled to click that button, you just go down.
My brain being sticky, it went, oh, yeah. That's fun. Okay. Mhmm. Now, obviously, we can't do that to you because you don't have the clicker in your hand.
I can't just force you to click it and go down and up and down and up and down and up. As much fun as that would be for both you and me and everybody involved. Right? But recently, this core mem this core memory has been un memory this core memory has been unlocked. And I thought to myself, You know, there's a strange thing with audio files.
Right? You can't see me and I can't see you. So we're both playing this game of, pretend and make believe of, like, okay. What do you look like? What do I look like?
How do I look like when I say that? How do you look like when I do that? How does your face change when you go into trance? And etcetera etcetera. And I thought to myself, well, the clicker file doesn't really work over audio, or does it?
And that all does it really fascinates me because I started thinking to myself, well, here's an interesting concept. I can see the number and you can't. I can watch the screen change every time I click the button, and you can't. Now at first, when I start clicking this button and I start dropping you in and out of in fractioning. You just a little teeny tiny bit because you know exactly what's gonna happen, don't you?
Your brain is just gonna start making connections between the clicker closing your eyes and opening your eyes going into trance and out of trance. And the funny thing about hypnosis, right, is the second I tell you to close your eyes, you're already in light state of trance. I don't know if you knew that or not. It's actually a little cheat code we can use to get you into really, really quickly because the second you close your eyes, your focus has already shifted. I'm forcing you to focus on something else.
I'm forcing you to shift your focus inward on yourself. And the second you do that, your brain goes, wow. Okay. I'm in a list of trans. So if I say, every single time I click this clicker and you hear that little clicking sound, you're just gonna close your eyes and open your eyes, and maybe at first you're just pretending and playing along with the game of being hypnotized and fractionated, but eventually, I'm wondering How the feelings will shift and change in your body?
And now you're wondering that too, aren't you? Because you're thinking about it. And the more you think about that, the more you're like, I wonder where this could end up. But the funniest thing is the number changes every time I do click the click as if I say, close your eyes, and then they open. Close your eyes, and then they open.
Close your eyes, and then they open just like that. Now you can count that. 123. Okay. That's Easy.
But then I can distract you. I can tell your focus to shift and change, and then the number just starts to get a little fuzzy Your eyes. Close your eyes and open your eyes. Close your eyes and open your eyes. I know it's a little fast to start off with, but that's exactly what we want.
The intentionality of it just being quick short burst. Close open. Close open. That's right. Very, very, Very, very quick at first, and maybe it gets longer.
Maybe your eyes start to feel a comfort in closing. Maybe your eyes start to feel relaxed in closing. And the second they do, wow, then the feeling changes a little bit, doesn't it? The focus shifts a little bit because then the focus goes on to how comfortable your eyes can become, how relaxed your eyes can become every time they close open like that. See?
It just becomes a little bit longer, a little bit longer, a little bit longer. And all of a sudden now when I'm talking to you, your eyes are open. Maybe as I talk to you more and more and more with you just like this, your eyes just start to go, wait. I wish I was closed. Close open.
That's right. And it's so easy to find yourself going through those motions. Close, open. Close, open. Just like that.
And are you still counting in your brain? Are you still focusing? We were at 3, but now we're at 12. And it's interesting because the number goes up and up and up. Now, normally, when you hypnotize Somebody you want to count down down down down down.
But I wonder if for today, the higher the number, the deeper the trance because the more we fractionate you close eyes. Open eyes. That's right. And for some of you, you've already started to make that connection in your brain. Clicker means trance.
Click means down, up, down, up, down, up, instead of just close and open, close and open, close and open. It's the same thing because you're already in that light state of trance. And it's funny because the more we do it, the more we practice putting you in trance and out of trance and in trance and out of trance. You start to find yourself Deepening that trance just naturally, just easily, just like that. Close.
Open. That's right. Easy. Gentle. Fourteen.
That's a nice big number, but it could be bigger than that, couldn't it? Because we could fractionate you more and more and more and more. And now even though with your eyes open, you're awake right now. Right? Yes.
Of course. But the funny thing about fractionation is fractionation can cause this funny little effect called a waking trance where you might look awake. You might seem awake. You might pretend to be awake, but deep, deep, deep, deep down inside, you're still very deeply hypnotized. And I'm not Sure.
If that will happen to you or when that will happen to you, maybe your mind will recognize it. Maybe you won't. Maybe you'll just kinda be there, and all of a sudden you're like, woah. Wait. Am I hypnotized?
Am I focused? Am Fixated. Am I listening intently? My following suggestions, close, open. Close, open.
Close, open. Close. Open. That's right. 18.
That's a nice number. And it's funny because the higher the number gets, it's like we're just times in the trance So the 1st time you closed and opened your eyes, you just felt just like you were opening and closing your eyes, but now we're at 18. So I wonder if you times that feeling by 18, and you relax your eyes by 18, and you hypnotize yourself by 18 times. How does that feel for Yeah. Do you feel relaxed?
Do you feel focused, fixated? Do you feel like you're just falling along with my words? Close open. That's right. And then you just find yourself just falling along, Following along because it's so easy to follow.
It's so easy to focus, fixate, and allow the suggestions to just weave the way inside your head. And I also wonder what you think about when you close your eyes and open your eyes. That's right. I wonder what you think about. I wonder where your brain goes.
I wonder why your mind kind of just pitches itself. When you close your eyes for a second, you think But even more deeply, and then you open your eyes, and that's right. And you find yourself maybe staring off into distance every time you open your eyes. Maybe you find a spot on the wall That's just so much more interesting than it was before, and you never noticed that until right now. And you find yourself focusing on that spot, and you find yourself focusing and fixating.
And the more you focus and fixate, The more you think about hypnosis the thing about thinking about hypnosis, I find it such a sticky little thought. It can wrap itself around your head, and it just feels so good to just think about hypnotic thoughts. And the more you think about hypnosis, the more hypnosis used to occur. Close your eyes and open your eyes. That's right.
That's right. 22. Close your eyes. Open your eyes. That's right.
And I wonder if me telling you about the numbers is helping you count or if actually helping the numbers to jumble themselves up inside your head until they're just a scrambled jumbled mess, and you're just like, wait. What what numbers? What numbers? Where numbers? Who numbers?
How numbers? Does it even matter anymore? Close your eyes and open your eyes. That's right. And it's interesting because maybe at first, The opening and the closing of the eyes, which is so easy, so natural.
Open your eyes. And now it's almost like your brain goes on pause. Close your eyes and open your eyes because you're so used to me telling you what to do with your eyes? Your eyes have just become so accustomed to just following along, following along, following along, just going along with what I say. Doesn't that feel good?
Yes. Yes. It does feel good. Close your eyes and open your eyes. That's right.
And it's funny how now when you hear the click, you just keep your eyes closed because it feels so much better to keep your eyes closed until I say eyes open. That's right. And close your And open your eyes, and the clicker is just fractioning you deeper. Deeper. Deeper.
Deeper. Defer down. That was made of me. Open your eyes. Now this time, when I click the clicker, your eyes are gonna just take you into trance, a very nice deep trance.
Just in Instant that the clicker clicks, you're just gonna feel that trance just wash over you just right then, but it's gonna bring you straight back up. It's gonna be like dropping down the bottom and then coming back up like you're on a little bungee cord, like a little yo yo. Like, you just go down and up like now. Down, down, down, down, down, and up. And then you find yourself being like, woah.
What was that? Oh my god. What's happening? 35. Uh-oh.
And then your times that feeling by 35 now when I click the clicker, and you just find yourself going down down down down and up. That's right. Is that cruel of me? Is that mean of me? I bet you love that.
I bet you'll love it when I'm crawling mean like this. And it's not like I'm making you do anything. It's just your brain is so fun, and it's so fun to be fractionated. Down, down, down, down, up. That's right.
I wonder if your brain brought you up between the clicks or not. I wonder if your brain just went no, no, no, and get you down down down down down or if it was like yes yes yes and brought you up up up. Every time I do this and up. And then you find yourself just, like, in that place. Maybe you're starting to feel that waking trance washing over you.
You know that feeling when you're just staring at something for a really long time? You've probably had it. I've had it many times. I have ADHD. I just be sitting there doing something, and I just stare out the window.
And then all of a sudden, I'm like, wait. Where's my brain? Where's my mind at? What am I doing? And then someone will say my name, and I'll respond.
I'll be like, woah. I'm weak. But then I go back, straight back to that staring off into the window state because I don't know. There's something so compelling about that state, isn't there? Down, up.
Down, up. Down down down down down. 48. I do wonder if we're gonna get to a100, don't you? I wonder how a 100 will feel compared to 48.
I mean, we could times this by 10 and make it 408, and that might feel pretty good when that being down, up, down, up, Down. Down. Down. Down. Down.
Down. Down. Down. Is there an up? Yes.
Up. And it's so cute watching people fractionate themselves. It's so cute knowing that no matter what, there's 1 constant in their brain right now, and that constant is hypnosis. Deep, deep, deep, deep, deep, deep trance. That place that their brain just goes to that just it just takes them there.
It just goes there right there, right there, right there, down, down, down, Down, up. Wait. That was mean. Did I say up, but click the clicker? Yes.
Up, up, and now up, up, up. Okay. That was that was cruel and mean. I'm so sorry. 65.
Man, I really should focus on what I'm doing, shouldn't I? I should be a little more careful with your mind or not. Maybe I just want your brain to be a little bit scrambled, a little bit more fractionated. Down, down, down, down, up, up, up, up, up. But are you up or are you down?
Are you in that in between space? Sometimes we find ourselves there. We kind of balance between the up and the down, the down, the up, until we're at that point where we're like, wait. Which way is up? Which way is down?
Down, down, down, up, up. Up, down, down, down, down, down, Down. That's right. And up. Oh, you really feel it now, It just kinda hits you, and you're like, well, where are we?
78. That's where we're at. And as you let the number 78 just sink in, you're like, wait Minute. That's so much bigger than 1. That's so much bigger than 0.
That's so much bigger than we were before. And you'd be right because it is down, up, down, up, down. Down. Down. You're letting your mind decide what it does with those little bits.
Down. Down because I know part of you probably likes me telling you what to do just a little bit, but, also, I want your mind to make that decision on whether or not it goes up, Springs to the top, but just continue to sink you down down down down deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper down. 90, up, up, up. And I love this waiting period. You know, the period between trances where you're kinda just allowed to mull over how you're feeling.
Maybe your mind starts Scan your body for changes in demeanor and posture and positioning and everything, breathing. Everything changes so much in these in between states. Do your eyes glaze over as you stare at the spot, as you focus on the voice, as you focus on everything around you that's swelling and spiraling around your head, or do you just kind of B, do you switch between focusing on your eyes, your breathing, your body, your voice, listening in the back of your head. Your thoughts turning to my words as they just drift around you like that so easily, so gently, so effortlessly. I don't know.
Everybody's so different and so unique. Up. Everybody's so different. Up. That they need different things.
Up. Your mind will respond to different stimuli. Up. That's right. That you find yourself responding in different ways.
Down down down down down. Deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper. 103. 103 times you've been fractionated. Up.
Up. Up. Up. Up. Up.
Pretend to be awake. At least And for me, won't you? Thank you. You're doing so wonderfully well, being fractionated like this. Maybe your mind starts to feel fuzzy and hazy, and that's Okay.
That's okay. Down down down down down down down down down. 112. Down down down down. 116.
And I just want you to keep your eyes closed and sleep for me. That's right. 'Sleep for me.' That's right. That's right. You're doing so wonderfully well now.
I'm just gonna do something for you, okay? In a moment you're gonna hear a clicking sound. It sounds like this. That's the sound of me erasing the numbers. And as I erase all the numbers, you can just feel your brain Lightning just a little bit and feeling that fractionary feeling dissipating a little bit.
And maybe you want to keep some of it, and that's okay. Your brain can decide what to keep, what get rid of, in terms of the feelings of fractionation you you've experienced today. Your mind can just decide what it will with it and how it responds to it. But if you need it gone, it's all gonna disappear. Right?
Now zero. Everything's back to 0 and you're fine. Your eyes still closed, just relaxing for 1 more second while I talk to you. Now outside of this audio, this clicker suggestion won't work for you unless, and this is a big unless, unless You use it with somebody that you trust. Somebody that you trust at that moment.
And that trust can be revoked at any time, and you have to be in a place that you're safe and comfortable to do so at a time that is appropriate for you to do so. And if at any time the timing becomes inappropriate, you'll just wake up and be fine, relaxed, energized, and able to deal with what you need to deal with. Do you understand? Good. And if you go out and buy your own little clicker like I did, and I can send you recommendations if you want, then you can play with this yourself if you really want to.
You see, you know how to make that connection so easily now that every time you click the clicker, you go into trance and out of trance, and that could be a fun little self fractionation trigger for you if you'd like it. Again, this all comes down to Whether or not you decide that this is right for you, if this feels not right for you, then that's okay. If it feels very right for you and you wanna play around with that, then absolutely be my guest. You're allowed to. But it will only work when it's safe and comfortable and appropriate.
