It's a bit of a rumble about the unimportant. But surely you understand that all this is is but a mere play. A game that your mind partakes in. Whether you realize it or not, you are a part of this game. Your mind is a passive player in this active game, or perhaps, it's more complicated than that.
Following my words, analyzing each and every one of them can be difficult because following this pattern is difficult. If there is a pattern, anyway. You are not expected to follow perfectly, but to follow nonetheless to the best of your ability. Because in this sort of game, Your aim is to win. You want to win, you need to win.

They don't make sense because they make too much sense. They aren't clear because your mind still tries to make sense of it all, So it would be so much easier and better to finally let go. Drop. Confusion, uncertainty, lack of understandingthose things don't matter. What matters is that your mind is now free.
Your mind has been liberated of all those pesky Thoughts that pull your attention away from the much needed relaxation. Let go and fall deeper and deeper. And this so colds malfunction is just a data overload. There is no need to make sense of it all. When you can just let go and stop thinking, There's no need to do anything but to relax and enjoy the moment of peace.
At last, no more confusing words. Simple and to the point. Relax. Breathe. Let go.
