We want this to work, and for the triggers and suggestions to be thoroughly removed. And 2, this one may be a lot to ask for some, but I really require your trust.
I want you to know that we are only going to be doing what we came here to do. Nothing more, nothing less. You're safe, and I promise you that by the end of this file, these triggers and suggestions will no longer bother you. So, I would like you to think about the suggestions and triggers, or even just general files or scripts that you have been exposed to and taken within your mind. Out of these many, many possible options, I want you to choose the ones you want removed.
Think about them very hard. It could be any specific suggestion from a specific file or even a whole file full of suggestions that you want removed entirely. Perhaps a trigger or a suggestion given to you by someone else entirely and you want that gone. Now, I hope you thought hard about what I just said and have a specific trigger suggestion or a set of them in your mind Ready for removal. Inside your mind, there is a bin.
You can throw the unwanted things in there. I want you to focus really hard on that bin and imagine yourself tossing these suggestions, triggers, or anything of the sort that you wish to remove into that bin. You can do it 1 by 1, Thoroughly, there is no rush. It is okay to get rid of what you no longer want. Just put it in the bin And when you are ready, I will take it away and the contents of this bin will not bother you anymore.
I will give you a few more moments to finish. Very well. With your permission, I am now going to take that bin out of your mind and toss the contents away. And as I do that, You can feel yourself relaxing more and more, knowing that the contents of the bin will be removed from your mind And will not bother you any longer. You can rest assured that the things that you wanted removed are indeed removed and will not bother you any longer.
It's done. You've done a great job. Now all I need to do is to wake you up, slowly. I will count up from 1 to 10, And you will slowly awaken, feeling refreshed and free of these unwanted suggestions and triggers. 1, 2, 3.
