The relaxation travels across your body higher and higher making you feel so much more relaxed. And the relaxation reaches your thighs covering your whole lower body. Now, I will count down from 10 to 1, and your whole lower body will be so wonderfully relaxed. You will feel your body relax further with every number. And it will feel just wonderful.

10. Relaxing further. 9. Listen carefully to my words. 8.

Try your best to absorb them and deepen the relaxation. 7. Going so much deeper with every number. 6, becoming wonderfully relaxed. 5.

Allowing yourself to go deeper to the sound of my voice. 4. Just letting go and enjoying the moment of relaxation. 3. Getting closer to that deep xation.

2. Just 2 more numbers and you can feel your whole lower body so wonderfully relaxed. One. Very good. Feel the relaxation spreading higher to your upper body, Your stomach.

Your chest. So deeply relaxed. A wave of relaxation just goes through you And it feels so good. It reaches your arms and hands. It feels so good to relax.

You're doing so well. It goes higher and higher to your neck. It feels so good to relax your body. And soon, it will be time for your mind to relax fully too. But first, Let's take care of everything else.

So once again, counting down from 10 to 1. You will feel your upper body so wonderfully relaxed and deep. 10. Deeper and deeper. 9.

Feeling your upper body relax to my voice. 8. You're doing great. Keep it up. 7.

Allow your arms to become more limp and relaxed. 6. Your upper body feels so relaxed. 5. Be it lighter or heavier.

Well, I can be more than that, but only if you allow it. In any event, that is not the subject of discussion right now. Is it? You want to relax. You want to get to that wonderful state of mind.

And you'll want to feel the 4 letter word affect you. Or, well, perhaps hit a little harder than you're used to. It's such a special word, you know? To you and I. D r o p.

So nice. But it's not quite the same without a snap, is it? The snap really makes it hit harder and so much better. It's a flow of relaxation that goes through your mind and just turns everything off, Making you so much more relaxed and, of course, suggestible to the ideas that any session or file may contain As long as you're comfortable with it, you have that power to decide what will work and what won't. Your mind can reject suggestions that you don't want because you can and I allow it.

In fact, I wholeheartedly support it. Be it by me or other creators. You have the power to reject suggestions that don't sit well with you And there's nothing wrong with that. It doesn't make you a bad subject. It makes you a good, Safe subject.

Who knows what's good for them and what isn't? So, as you know, hypnosis makes you more as adjustable and you may be thinking if you're there yet or not. Well, Let's try something and you put your doubts aside if you have any. I want you to imagine a light switch in your mind. It can be turned off, thus turning off the lights.

And it can be turned on And the lights are lit once more. So, I would like you to make this connection if you can. When I snap my fingers and say wake, the lights go on and your mind is slightly more aware of your surroundings. And when I snap my fingers as they drop, the lights go off and your mind sinks deeper Into this relaxation that you feel now. And if I say it again, whether after another drop or awake, You go 10 times deeper into this relaxation, this hypnotic trance.
