I would like you to do something simple for me.

Raise your hand in front of your face, And look into the inner part of it. Hold it, but not too close and not too far. I want you to focus on it as you listen to my voice. I will guide you down into a wonderful state of trance Where you will feel so deeply relaxed and focused on your hand. And of course, On what I say.

This isn't particularly complicated, but it's okay if it takes you some time to get there. As you stare, you may notice that the background around your hand just kinda fades away with the rest of the world. Nothing else matters right now. You can just continue to stare at it Without really thinking much of it because that's not necessary. You can focus And feel your eyes becoming deeply fixated on your hand the more you stare.

And the more you stare, The easier it becomes for you to focus on my words. On what I say. On how I say it. Everything just makes you feel so wonderfully relaxed. Slowly sinking deeper and deeper into trance.

Letting the relaxation spread through your body as you continue to stare. My words flow in and out of your mind. Perhaps echoing a little from time to time. It feels so good to stare. To focus so deeply on that one point in your hand.

Fixating on it, letting it pull you in deeper and deeper. Let your surroundings fade as you go deeper. Sinking deeper and becoming more and more focused On every sentence, every word, so wonderfully focused on your task. It feels right to follow these basic instructions because it makes you feel good. The relaxation That this moment provides you with is incredible.

And that is even without taking what will soon follow into account. As your ears continue to take in my words, you feel your eyelids becoming heavier and heavier. Almost struggling to keep them open. But I need you to do your best to keep them open And listen carefully to what I say. My words will help take you to that wonderful transient place.

A place and a space where you can feel blank and empty. Such a wonderful feeling. And following your eyelids, you may begin to notice that your hand is becoming a little heavy and tired as well. That is perfectly natural. Your body is craving the trans.

You want to be hypnotized. You want to be awake one moment and drop deep in the trance the next one. This is what you desire. Otherwise, you wouldn't be listening to this vial. Everything is just so heavy.

And it will only become heavier as I count down from 10 to 1. With every number down, you will feel yourself going deeper into trunks. Feeling more focused and relaxed. 10. Because every number takes you deeper into trance.

Letting your tired body rest At last. Those islands are so heavy, aren't they? It would be so difficult to open your eyes now. But why would you want to open your eyes anyway? It feels so good to listen and focus instead.

The power to put you Into a nice deep trance. It is as simple as 1 tap on your forehead. A single tap to make you go blank and go deep into trance. Just as you feel right now. Of course, as I mentioned before You don't have to be the one to tap your own forehead for a trance state to be induced.

A partner, a playmate, or anyone else that you trust can, with your consent, Tap your forehead and induce this lovely state of trance in you. This trigger will only ever work If you feel safe and are in a safe place to do so. So it won't work if you're driving Or using heavy machinery, for example. It doesn't matter if you're the one to tap Or someone else that you trust. It will only ever work if the situation allows for it And if it is safe to do so.

Now, if you or anyone else that you trust Or to tap your forehead again, you would simply awaken from the state of trance and become awake and alert of your surroundings. Should you or anyone else tap again afterwards, you would once again go deep into trance. It's very simple. A single tap will make the lights go out in your mind. Another tap will make you wake up alert and ready.

Be it you Or anyone that you trust with this power, and only in a safe place and time. Now, we're going to practice this together so you can get a feel for it and test it out yourself. I can't tap your forehead for you at this time as you're probably aware, so you'll have to do the honors. Let's start with something simple. You can feel your hand moving slowly towards your face.

Doesn't matter which hand. And your index finger reaches out to your forehead, Ready to tap it when I tell you to. Are you ready? Very good. Tap.

Lights on. Welcome back. Feeling awake and alert. Allow yourself to stretch a little and readjust if you need to. Feeling the differences between the state of trance you felt earlier and the current waking state.

And now, I'm going to ask you to move your index finger into position again. Let it just stay there for a little bit. Maybe even staring at it a little. It's almost like a tease, in a way. You know what is going to happen.

You know that it would feel good and right to allow it to happen. A simple tap would make the lights go out. We both know you want to tap your forehead already. You're just waiting for me to tell you to do so. Well, I won't keep you waiting of course.

Whenever you're ready, tap away. And as soon as you do so, you can feel the lights go out. Deeper, deeper, deeper. Sinking into trams. Feeling focused on every word and every sentence.

Everything feels so blank in your mind, like an empty space. It's such a wonderful feeling when one tap can make the lights go out. Don't you think? Well, don't answer that. Thinking is not necessarily on your mind right now.

It's better to focus on the depths. The feeling of deep focus and relaxation. Deeper, deeper, deeper. And in a moment, I'd like to ask you to tap your forehead again to wake up. I know you really don't want to.

That is absolutely understandable. But for the sake of practice, I will ask you to do this for me just a couple more times. Okay. Are you ready? And tap.

Deep Now, this is a good time to share a fun fact with you. You see, Every time you tap your forehead to go into trance, tap again to wake up, and then later, Tap once more to go into trance again. You actually deepen the next trance further. It's called fractionation. The little details are not very important, but what I want you to know is that every consecutive tap We'll make the trance deeper, and we'll make it easier to go back into trance again.

You can do this and practice as many times as you want. You can even share this information with someone you trust and intend to use this stringer with.
