I will guide you down into a wonderful state of trance Where you will feel so deeply relaxed and focused on your hand. And of course, On what I say.
This isn't particularly complicated, but it's okay if it takes you some time to get there. As you stare, you may notice that the background around your hand just kinda fades away with the rest of the world. Nothing else matters right now. You can just continue to stare at it Without really thinking much of it because that's not necessary. You can focus And feel your eyes becoming deeply fixated on your hand the more you stare.
And the more you stare, The easier it becomes for you to focus on my words. On what I say. On how I say it. Everything just makes you feel so wonderfully relaxed. Slowly sinking deeper and deeper into trance.
Letting the relaxation spread through your body as you continue to stare. My words flow in and out of your mind. Perhaps echoing a little from time to time. It feels so good to stare. To focus so deeply on that one point in your hand.
Fixating on it, letting it pull you in deeper and deeper. Let your surroundings fade as you go deeper. Sinking deeper and becoming more and more focused On every sentence, every word, so wonderfully focused on your task. It feels right to follow these basic instructions because it makes you feel good. The relaxation That this moment provides you with is incredible.
And that is even without taking what will soon follow into account. As your ears continue to take in my words, you feel your eyelids becoming heavier and heavier. Almost struggling to keep them open. But I need you to do your best to keep them open And listen carefully to what I say. My words will help take you to that wonderful transient place.
A place and a space where you can feel blank and empty. Such a wonderful feeling. And following your eyelids, you may begin to notice that your hand is becoming a little heavy and tired as well. That is perfectly natural. Your body is craving the trans.
